To Whom It May Concern:
In 1998, I contacted Kevin to request in-house System Builder Plus training for my programming staff. Kevin completely blew us all away. His knowledge of his topic was exceptional. In addition, he was very patient with those of us who didn’t catch on quite as quickly and did not hesitate to spend extra time after class elaborating on topics.
Over the years, we have kept in contact with Kevin…calling him when we needed advice or his opinion. He was never too busy to spend time helping us with our problem. We always received an open and honest answer from Kevin.
Recently, we had a need to hire a System Builder Consultant to work with us on some projects. Normally, Kevin would have been the first person we would call. However, NBI’s Management felt it prudent to widen our search, given the investment we were about to make. We went through a rather extensive search to find this individual. We were looking for someone who knew System Builder very well. In addition, we were looking for someone who also possessed good communication and analytical skills. Kevin was chosen above all of the other candidates, not because he was the cheapest, but because we felt he was the best all-around fit for our company.
We were not disappointed with our decision. Kevin’s work was terrific. He did an amazing job gathering requirements from every level of the organization and then effectively communicating those requirements to the decision makers. Everyone who worked with Kevin was very impressed with Kevin’s work.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin for any position he feels compelled to apply for. I recommend him not only for Kevin’s technical, analytical, and communication skills, but for his honesty and integrity as well.
