MS Update issue on Windows 2003

Hi All -

Just wanted to share an issue I encountered today with my Windows SBS 2003 server after an update was applied.

I installed Microsoft Security Update KB978542 on my system and rebooted as directed.  When the server came back up, I had no network connectivity at all.  Since this system controls my network, I was pretty hosed.  After a bit of research, I found that this is not an uncommon occurrence although its not mentioned much on the Net.  Fortunately it is usually resolved by rebooting the system for a second time.  After my 2nd reboot, everything in MS world was golden again.
