Why create another list?

The primary purpose for this forum is vendor application support and training. True, some of these vendors have their own forums for user-to-user support, but the limitations that are placed on third party vendors like Precision Solutions often limit our ability to offer real and tangible support value. A person with a real question or problem deserves a real answer or solution, and I'm tired of a vendor telling me we can't solve their customer's problem simply because it may not fall straight down their party line.

This is also why forum membership is moderated. I would not be surprised if certain vendors intentionally attempt to undermine our efforts here, and while everyone is initially welcome, I will not hesitate to drop members who are here for any purpose other than providing the best customer support possible.
