The SB+ technical help - usually available via /GENHELP, Technical Information can provide a great deal of information. Problem is, if your vendor has taken over /GENHELP for their own purposes, it can be a pain to get to the technical information. Certainly, as long as the technical help menu hasn't been removed (which is usually true) one can always do a /M:TECHELPMENU to invoke the menu, but that's a lot to type, and not the most intuitive.
I recommend people use /PD.M and create a process named TH that points to the menu TECHELPMENU. Normally I recommend the menu process and menu name be the same, but in this case the original menu name (from IBM) is difficult, so we'll use the /PD.M record to make it more manageable. Once you F2 on this process you can then enter /TH to get to the SB+ technical information, which is significantly simpler (in my opinion).

Accidents "happen"; success, however, is planned and executed.
