Does anyone know what information attribute 38 has in an SB+ report definition?

Not sure what it means exactly, but the technical guide I have defines these as follows:

Column Heading Zone size = 38.1
Hand Painted Column Zone = 38.2

If I'm reading this right they appear to be related to the field names somehow, but I'm not entirely certain.  Possibly a temporary value used during the /RD session?
