We are seeking a systems analyst who has direct experience with “Prelude” fully-integrated software. This person must be very knowledgeable with the financial, accounting, and distribution aspects of this system and how they can be applied most effectively as a business solution for our Company.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Learn our company’s operations and systems
Provide technical expertise to system projects and initiatives
Serve as primary contact / liaison with Activant/Prelude
Provide training to our system users
Research reported problems and propose system solutions
Coordinate problem solving processes across departments
Develop and streamline effective system generated reports
Monitor and analyze data to verify data integrity
Provide ongoing assistance and advice to system users
Translate users’ requirements and requests into technical specifications.
Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications
Identify ways that the system can be adapted to improve efficiency of business processes
