Quality Qualities

Here's a challenge: In just a few words, name or describe the quality or ability that you think is the MOST valuable for long-term success. We're not necessarily talking tech here, just general overall success in whatever a person may want to succeed in.
What's it take? What do you think?

In a word: Integrity
I believe that this includes standing up for what you believe is right, and being willing to admit and correct your mistakes when you're wrong. This also applies to what you offer to others - be it a product, a service, or an opinion.

Tom, I believe you have it nailed! It is certainly the quality I admire most in folks.

I've been holding out to see if anyone else would weigh in but that doesn't seem to be happening, so...
I agree on "integrity" being right there at the top of the list. Assuming that's a given, what's another valuable quality that you would consider essential?
